USKH Inc. named Gary Connor as regional architectural manager for Spokane and Walla Walla. He has been with USKH since 2007, when it acquired his firm, 3E Design Group. He has more than 35 years of experience, and specializes in historic preservation and renovation design. His projects include the Okanogan County Public Utility District building. USKH provides architecture, landscape architecture, engineering, environmental services, planning, and surveying.
