WHPacific hired Randy Blair as a senior project manager in Seattle and Richard Dickman as a survey project manager in Bothell. Blair has experience in feasibility studies, project strategy, conceptual design, site planning and engineering, subdivision design, entitlements, environmental analysis and landscape design. He worked for WHPacific for 35 years, but spent about a year away. He will manage land development projects. Dickman has 30 years in managing land surveying and staffing, including transportation and utility mapping, highway alignments, and rights-of-way and land use. He will manage surveying projects and do business development, including construction staking for Cabela's new Tulalip site. WHPacific provides architecture, building engineering, land development, surveying, scanning services, transportation and water resources services.
