City OKs 39-story tower at 2030 Eighth

Cascadia Holdings LLC got a master-use permit from the city of Seattle to build a 39-story apartment tower at 2030 Eighth Ave. in the Denny Triangle, according to the development manager, Lake Union Partners Seattle.
