Neal

PBS Engineering + Environmental named Guy Neal as president and Brian Stanford as chief operating officer. Neal has more than 24 years of experience, and previously was COO and principal of the firm's engineering division. Sanford has been with PBS for more than 19 years and has managed its Washington offices since 1995. Ron Petti, the current CEO, will continue oversight of corporate affairs and strategic planning. PBS provides consulting and management services in Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
