Breen

Harris & Associates promoted Dave Breen to vice president and Northwest area manager, and hired Scott Hodgins as manager of business development. Both are in the Bellevue office. Breen will lead business development, project management and regional operations. He has 35 years of engineering and construction/operations management experience. Hodgins has managed design and construction of more than $1.4 billion of public and private work in the Northwest. He will help Harris expand services and add new market sectors. The firm provides construction management and civil engineering services.
