Boren One design under city review

SEATTLE — A city board on Tuesday reviewed the early design of Boren One, Touchstone's hotel and office project in the Denny Triangle.

The plan is for an 11-story office building with about 300,000 square feet at Boren Avenue and Stewart Street, and a 13-story, 222-room hotel with a restaurant at Boren and Howell Street.
