Professional Service Industries hired Scott Palmer as vice president overseeing Washington operations and R. Steven Padilla as an environmental project manager in the Mountlake Terrace office. Palmer has more than 12 years of experience developing clients, opening markets and mentoring employees. Padilla previously worked for PSI. He has a background in marketing and sales, environmental field work, project management, training and business planning. PSI is an engineering, consulting and testing firm.
