BHC Consultants, a local engineering, planning and code compliance consulting firm, hired Jim Gross as a senior engineer for water and wastewater municipal engineering. Gross has more than 20 years of civil and environmental experience ranging from planning to design of water distribution and wastewater treatment projects. He is project manager for North Perry Avenue Water District near Bremerton.
