Kennedy/Jenks Consultants hired David Williams as senior construction manager in the Pacific Northwest and Terry Parks as Northwest railroad remediation manager. Williams has more than 25 years of experience managing water and wastewater construction projects. He also has a background in constructability reviews for design-bid-build and design-build projects. Parks has 20-plus years of experience providing environmental services in the Northwest, including at rail yards and fueling facilities, service stations and bulk fuel facilities, former explosive plants, aerospace facilities and military bases. Kennedy/Jenks provides engineering and science consulting services.
