Method Homes adds a commercial division as modular demand grows

  • The Seattle firm says construction is recovering and labor costs are rising, which make modular more attractive.

    Method Prefab is building a modular ski lodge in Utah in collaboration with Skylab Architecture.

    Method Homes has built more than 40 modular homes designed by a variety of architects since it was founded in 2007.
