GeoEngineers hired Bill Reintanz as a senior special inspection and testing technician in the Spokane office. He previously worked as a construction inspector for a Utah company. GeoEngineers promoted Paul Wasser in the Boise office to leader of the West business unit, which consists of the Boise, Spokane, Salt Lake City, Utah and Portland offices. Teresa Dugger was promoted in Spokane as that unit's geotechnical group leader. The earth science, engineering and technology consulting firm is headquartered in Seattle, with 12 offices nationwide.
