McCarthy

Neil McCarthy has become a partner in RMC Architects in Bellingham. McCarthy joined the firm in 2005 and has been involved in projects for colleges, universities and religious organizations as well as multifamily housing. He is working on housing projects for Bellingham Housing Authority and Mercy Housing.
