Steve Johnston will retire as president and chief executive officer of Landau Associates effective June 28 after 10 years in that position. Jay Bower will become the new CEO. He was environmental services director and chief operating officer. Bower joined Landau in 1998 and has 29 years of experience as a civil engineer. Johnston has 35 years of experience in project management and environmental permitting. He has held various executive positions during his 26 years at Landau, which is a regional environmental, geotechnical, permitting, and compliance consulting firm.
