Otak hired Dave Stewart and Sheila Ranganath as water resource engineers and Jessica Redman as a wetland scientist in the water and natural resources group. They will work in the Kirkland office. Stewart is an engineer and certified floodplain manager who has a background in water resource issues. He is working on the Smith Island Levee Setback and Estuary Restoration for Snohomish County. Ranganath is an engineer with a background in water resources planning and technical studies. She is working on watershed plans for Everett's surface water plan. Redman has 11 years of multidisciplinary science experience. She was a fisheries observer and at-sea monitor in Alaska, Gulf of Mexico, Northeast Atlantic and Hawaiian Islands, and is working on the Redmond Connector. Otak is an urban design, architecture, planning, and engineering firm with offices in Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, and Abu Dhabi, UAE.
