Rice Fergus Miller hired Austin Flink as a graphic designer, Richard Pickering as an intern architect, and InKyoung Kim and Jason Ritter-Lopatowski as designers. Flink creates renderings, 3D models, signage packages, and project-specific brands, along with presentation materials. Pickering is a designer with 10 years of experience focused on design, permitting and construction administration. He has also worked on mixed-use buildings and tenant improvements. Kim focuses on senior living and health care, and does graphic design. Ritter-Lopatowski has 8 years of design and project management experience on commercial, military, educational and hospitality buildings. Bremerton-based Rice Fergus Miller is a 45-person architecture, interior design and planning firm.
