Seattle-based DCI Engineers hired Michelle Oresky as a structural project engineer and promoted Justin Cook to associate principal in the Spokane office. Oresky is working on Thermo King Northwest in Spokane. She holds a bachelor's in civil engineering from Princeton University. Cook has more than 13 years of experience, including with commercial, residential, retail, industrial and mixed-use projects. At DCI, he led the design direction on Gonzaga University's McCarthey Athletic Center. DCI is a civil and structural consulting firm, with offices also in Portland and Eugene, Ore.; San Diego, Irvine and San Francisco, Calif.; and Austin, Texas.
