Otak hired Ellen Webster as a civil engineering designer, Ahmed Kayanda as a CAD technician, and Nancy Anton as a receptionist and project assistant in its Kirkland office. Webster has experience in roadway and site design for municipal projects. She was treasurer and build leader for Habitat for Humanity Club and was a Honduras project member for Engineers Without Borders. She is working on projects for Redmond and Woodinville. Kayanda was a CAD intern at an engineering firm. He also has experience working with conservation architects for Unesco on buildings in Zanzibar. Acton has more than 20 years of experience in administrative assistance and office management. Otak provides engineering, urban design, architecture and planning.
