Gist

Seattle-based Runberg Architecture Group promoted Ben Gist to senior associate. Gist is an architect with 13 years of experience in urban housing who guides projects from design through construction. Gist recently managed Union on Dexter, a 290-unit apartment building at 901 Dexter Ave. N. for Holland Partners, and 4041 Roosevelt Way, a 214-unit mixed-use project for Vulcan Real Estate. He is project architect on Holland's 810 Dexter Ave, a 362-unit mixed-use development. Runberg specializes in urban mixed-use housing and adaptive reuse projects.
