Sparling promoted Ian Cotton, Christopher Andersen, Raejean Ferriolo and Kate Thongkham to project managers in electrical engineering. Cotton is in the Lynnwood office and the others are in San Diego. Cotton has seven years of experience in electrical design in health care, hospitality, mixed-use, educational and corporate projects. He is working on the Troy Block and Hill7 developments in Seattle. Andersen has nine years of experience designing medical, commercial and performance venue projects. He is responsible for low and medium voltage power systems, site distribution, fire detection, security systems and lighting and is working on projects at Loma Linda University. Ferriolo has six years of experience in the design of power distribution, fire alarm and security systems for facilities. She is working on Chapman University Health Science Center. Thongkham has more than nine years of experience designing systems for commercial, health care, educational, and civic facilities. She is working on projects for Loma Linda University Medical Center. Sparling provides services in electrical, technology, audiovisual, acoustical and lighting design.
