Kunnanz

Sclater Architects promoted Scott Kunnanz to associate principal and Robert Estep to associate. Kunnanz has more than 20 years of architecture experience. He has been with Sclater since 1997, and worked on 2020 5th Avenue Data Center in Seattle and Lincoln Square in Bellevue. Kunnanz is the firm's director of building information modeling and a project manager for the garage portion of Lincoln Square's expansion. Construction is slated to begin this summer on the project, which will include 700,000 square feet of office space, retail, a luxury hotel, 250 residential units, and 2,120 underground parking spaces. Estep has more than 30 years of experience in retail, mixed-use and residential architecture. He has been with Sclater since 2007. He is working on the Bellevue Square expansion: 175,000 square feet of retail space, hotel and residential space in two towers, and below-grade parking.
