WHPacific hired James “Jim” Oliver as vice president and leader of the water and environment department. He will work with the public sector and in the energy market, particularly oil and gas, and mining. He has more than 29 years of experience, including at Schlumberger and AMEC Earth and Environmental. He has been project director for federal Superfund sites. WHPacific provides transportation, water/environment, development/facilities, energy, construction/project management, and surveying and scanning services.
