Project Groundwork

Heather Ostenson, Project Groundwork's founding principal engineer, is leaving the firm to explore opportunities outside of the site design field. Project Groundwork said she has helped build its reputation since it was founded in 2007. Ostenson's work has focused on recreation, streetscapes and livable neighborhoods. With her departure, the firm will focus more on site design, landscape architecture and community planning, and will continue to offer design, planning, entitlement support and construction observation services. It will team with other firms on civil engineering.
