McMillen

McMillen hired Kelly Tilford as a senior hydropower consultant in its Boise office. Tilford has 30 years of experience in hydro engineering and construction. He will manage projects to strengthen McMillen's presence in hydroelectric design and construction in the western United States, Alaska and Canada. McMillen provides environmental and natural resources, engineering and construction services. It also has offices in Seattle, Vancouver and Bellingham; Portland; Wasilla, Alaska; and Kelowna, B.C.
