Shao joined Coffman in 2012 and has 27 years of structural engineering experience in health care, solid waste, education, justice and mixed-use projects. Coffman provides structural, mechanical, electrical and civil engineering, and also has offices in Spokane, Anchorage, Honolulu, Los Angeles, Oakland, and Hagatna, Guam.
