Richey

Sparling hired Thomas Richey as project manager, technology consulting in the Portland office. Richey has more than 20 years of experience in consulting, design and operation of telecommunications voice/data infrastructure and communications systems. He is project director for the Oregon State Capitol renovation. Sparling is an electrical, technology, audiovisual, acoustical and lighting design firm, with offices also in Lynnwood and San Diego.
