Architects Rasmussen Triebelhorn of Tacoma hired Gail Merth as director of design. Merth has more than 20 years of commercial design experience on educational facilities and master planning. She is working on the Yakima County Resource Center, a 9-1-1 emergency and medical call center in Eastern Washington. The 40-year-old firm provides architectural services, with a focus on criminal justice facilities.
