Transpo Group

Marnie O'Brien Primmer joined Transpo Group as director of strategic business development in the Newport Beach, California, office. She will work on corporate strategic growth, business planning and marketing, and with clients on transportation policy and communications. She was executive director of Southern California-based Mobility 21, a coalition focused on securing transportation funding for the region. Transpo Group is a transportation planning, engineering and technology firm.
