Shannon Gray joined Otak as a water resource analyst and engineering designer in Redmond. She has over five years of experience in sustainability, water resources and engineering, and has worked on site development and street improvement projects. Smith Island Estuary restoration is among her projects. Otak is an urban design, architecture, planning, and engineering firm, with offices in Washington, Arizona, Colorado, Oregon and Abu Dhabi.
