In Seattle, OAC hired Chris Heger as construction director, Mary Barnes as marketing manager, Shannon Chang as a project coordinator, Ben Tanjo as a project engineer, and Wesley Bergquist and Aaron Lee as project managers. Heger is a builder with over 25 years of experience in health care, biopharmaceutical and office projects. Barnes has 12-plus years of architecture, engineering and construction marketing experience. She will lead corporate marketing and business development, and manage proposals. Chang has a decade of experience and will provide administrative support to the building envelope/forensic architecture and engineering group. Tanjo recently graduated in engineering from Washington State University and interned at OAC. Bergquist has nearly a decade of experience in infrastructure, development and construction. He will manage development projects. Lee has more than five years of construction management experience in mixed-use, commercial and residential development projects, and will manage tenant improvements and health care construction projects.
