Seattle-based Quantum Consulting Engineers hired Samantha Wright as office manager/marketing coordinator and Bryce Dacus as a staff engineer. Dacus holds bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering from the University of Washington and is an engineer in training. He is working on a residential projects. Quantum is a structural engineering firm.
