Spieker

McMillen Jacobs Associates hired Henry Spieker as a principal. Spieker has over 25 years of construction experience, including buildings, bridges, highways, airports, light rail, power plants and water treatment plants. He has also worked on petrochemical, prison, golf course, commercial and housing projects, and been an expert witness. McMillen Jacobs Associates is a San Francisco-based engineering and construction firm.
