Leech

Environmental Science Associates hired Mike Leech as director of geospatial services. Leech has 15 years of experience in technical project management, database development, and training for tribal governments, universities and consulting firms. He has worked with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and other agencies to develop mobile and web-based geospatial products for long-term project planning and implementation. ESA is a West Coast-based environmental science and planning firm.
