SoundEarth Strategies named Pam Xander a principal in its Seattle office. Xander manages the firm's Northwest team of environmental review and permitting specialists. She prepares SEPA and NEPA documentation for industrial and public works projects. She has over 25 years of experience in environmental studies and has worked on over 150 SEPA/NEPA projects. She also assesses upland and in-water permitting requirements. SoundEarth is a West Coast-based environmental consulting firm.
