DPD changes MUP submittal rules

Beginning Aug. 1, the Seattle Department of Planning and Development will require five sets of plans for paper submittals of master use permits.

The department said in the dpdINFO newsletter that this will help with multiple reviews of a proposal, such as environmental, City Light, ordinance and drainage reviews.

DPD will continue to accept four plans sets, but the initial review may be delayed if the required reviews exceed the available number of plan sets. For more information, contact dpd_addressing@seattle.gov.
