Mackenzie promoted Michael Chen and Nabil Kausal-Hayes to senior associates in its Seattle office. Chen is branch manager, and brings 16 years of experience to the land-use planning department. He has worked on The Salvation Army Family Store in Seattle and Kelsey Creek Center in Bellevue. Kausal-Hayes is an engineer whose projects include Buckley Fire Station and Bonney Lake Justice Center. Mackenzie is a West Coast provider of architecture and interior design; structural, civil and traffic engineering; land use and transportation planning; and landscape architecture.
