Buckland & Taylor hired Moein El-Aarag as senior bridge engineer-group lead at its U.S. headquarters in Seattle. El-Aarag has experience in project management, business development and structural engineering. He was project manager, bridge and structures group at Jacobs. B&T will rebrand as COWI North America on Jan. 1. The bridge, tunnel and marine engineering consulting group has 13 offices in North America.
