In Spokane, Stantec hired Jack Butler as survey manager and associate. He has over 30 years of experience, including nearly 25 in the Northwest. That includes overseeing a staff of 23; serving on the Lake County, Ore., planning commission; and authoring articles for Professional Surveyor Magazine. Stantec provides planning, engineering, architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, surveying, environmental sciences, project management and project economics.
