Cotter

ZGF Architects named as partners Patrick Cotter and Tim Williams. Cotter works in the Vancouver, B.C., office. His projects include Bosa Properties Denny Center, a 41-story residential tower and retail podium in Denny Triangle, and a 4-million-square-foot master plan for Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, that creates a transit-oriented city center and retail core with 5,000 living units. In 2014, ZGF and Cotter's firm, Cotter Architects, formed a new company in Vancouver, B.C., called ZGF Cotter. Williams recently relocated from ZGF's Seattle office to the Washington, D.C., office. He works on projects for cities, universities and corporations. His work includes Seattle's King Street Station, Molecular Engineering & Sciences Building at the University of Washington; and Cascade Bicycle Club headquarters.
