In Seattle, JRS Engineering hired Jose Estrada as a building science specialist, BK Choi as a building science consultant and Kris Knutson as a building envelope consultant. Estrada has provided design, construction, testing and construction administration for high-rise, curtain wall and window wall projects in the Northwest and Asia. Choi holds a master's in architecture, and has provided concept and technical design for custom design and fabrication projects. Knutson has managed LEED for Homes projects and done performance testing and diagnostics. JRS provides building science consulting, with offices also in Vancouver, B.C., and Calgary, Alberta.
