In Redmond, Otak hired Charles Dewey as an engineering designer and water resource analyst, and Lindsay Martin as a landscape design and planning professional. Dewey holds bachelor's and master's degrees in civil and environmental engineering from University of Washington. He is an engineering-in-training and is working on stormwater retrofits for Burien and Snohomish County. Martin holds bachelor's and master's of landscape architecture from University of Idaho. She is supporting Moshier Park for Burien. Otak is an urban design, architecture, planning and engineering firm.
