In Seattle, HBB Landscape Architecture promoted Aaron Luoma to principal, and Annie Youngerman and Merit Oviir to associate. Luoma's work includes parks, and waterfront and transportation projects. He is working on Sound Transit's East Link and chairs Seattle Landmarks Preservation Board. Youngerman works on waterfront, streetscape, park and urban design projects. Her portfolio includes master planning for Renton's Sunset Park. Oviir's professional training in Estonia emphasized ecology, environmental site design and historic preservation. She has worked on trails and open spaces, parks, streetscapes and transportation projects. Her work includes lower Kinnear Park in Seattle.
