In Seattle, OAC Services promoted Andrew Sahl to project manager, Nathan Seney to senior architect, Kerry May to senior architectural designer and Marta Dzheneva to senior project engineer. Lindsey Avery and David McBride were hired as project engineers, Bob Baldwin as a senior project manager and Marybeth Lathen as a project coordinator. Sahl works with public and private clients, and is managing capital improvement projects at Lake Washington School District. Seney has 18 years of architectural design experience, four at OAC. He leads remediation projects for housing and higher education clients. May joined OAC in 2008 and is lead building enclosure designer for many residential and commercial projects. Dzheneva has nearly 14 years of experience in structural design and plan review, and is in the structural engineering group. Avery holds a bachelor's in civil engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and has over three years of experience in construction. She will support work at WSU Everett Academic Center. McBride has over 12 years of Naval engineering experience, and education in construction management. He will support education planning and construction projects. Baldwin has over 17 years of experience on commercial/retail and higher education. He will manage construction of Tahoma High School in Maple Valley. Lathen has five years of experience in architecture and engineering, and will work on the construction management team.
