In Seattle, DKS Associates promoted Richard Hutchinson to office manager and hired Chad Martinell as a senior transportation engineer and Luka Ukrainczyk as an assistant transportation engineer. Hutchinson will continue as senior project manager while working as office manager. He has 15 years of experience that includes business leadership. Martinell has over 12 years of experience as a traffic and transportation engineer. Ukrainczyk was a transportation engineer intern for Washington State Department of Transportation. DKS is a national transportation planning and engineering firm.
