At its Seattle headquarters, Hargis Engineers promoted Brian Cawley to associate principal and Doug Svee to senior associate. Cawley leads mechanical teams on civic, academic, institutional and commercial projects. He is working on Lake Stevens High School modernization and addition. Svee is the firm's newest shareholder. He works on infrastructure for institutional and commercial projects. His clients include Bates Technical College and Western Washington University. Hargis is a mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, security and energy services consulting engineering firm.
