Brook Jacksha joined civil engineering firm Pacland|Bellevue as an owner and principal. Jacksha has 18 years of civil engineering experience with a focus on campus projects and development in cities. He has worked on over 200 projects, including the University of Washington Husky Stadium renovation and the planned Seattle Sonics Sodo Arena. He will work on projects in cities.
