Seattle-based Johnston Architects hired Leah Wiiest as an interior designer, Lu Zhang as an architectural graphic designer, Kathy Justice Pittman as a project architect, and Kimberly Allen as a marketing assistant. Wiiest has over 10 years of experience in interior design. She will work on houses, multifamily and commercial projects. Zhang has a background in urban planning, and develops renderings and infographics to support site analysis, visualization and marketing. She is fluent in Mandarin and helps investors navigate the American design process. Justice Pittman has over two decades of industry experience, including on West Coast projects. She is on the multifamily/mixed-use team supporting three projects in the University District. Allen supports marketing with a focus on the digital landscape. She holds a bachelor's in communication from Michigan State University.
