In Seattle, BHC Consultants hired Becca Ochiltree and Cris Castro as project engineers. Ochiltree has 12 years of civil engineering experience. She provides stormwater management, modeling, and design; surface water restoration; low impact design; water quality and detention facilities design; and construction support. Castro has 18 years of civil engineering experience. He has done analysis and design for site utilities and grading, stormwater management system design, potable water conveyance and landfill development and closures. BHC is a municipal services consulting firm.
