In Seattle, OAC Services promoted Alisa Billbe and Wesley Bergquist to senior project manager, Andrew Heiner and David McBride to project manager, and Kimberly Stevens to senior project coordinator. They are in the project and construction management practice group. Billbe led two major projects with multiple stakeholders. Bergquist helped build and support OAC's nonprofit market, with clients such as Hopelink and Food Lifeline. Heiner managed relationships with Swedish Medical Group that led to new work. McBride helped OAC succeed in the K-12 market and southwest Washington business development. Stevens coordinated groups and managers, and helped create OAC's Intranet.
