In Seattle, BHC Consultants hired Gina Franco as a project engineer and Nate Palmatier as a senior electrical engineer. Franco has 10 years of civil engineering experience on projects that include water resources, drainage, wastewater, storm and sanitary sewer design, and filed inspection and analysis. Palmatier has 14 years of electrical engineering experience focused on wastewater and water projects, and a background in instrumentation and controls projects from design to construction closeout. BHC is a municipal services consulting firm, with an office also in Tacoma.
