In Seattle, BHC Consultants hired Lauren Miller as a staff engineer. Miller holds a bachelor's in environmental engineering from California Polytechnic, and was a BHC intern. The engineer-in-training will work on municipal water, wastewater and solid waste engineering projects. BHC is a municipal services consulting firm.
